Aim 1: Loosing Weight

My seven days of general motors diet plan were over a few days ago.I had 5 kgs of overall weight loss with it.I had actually lost 5kgs by the fifth day the last 2 days of the diet plan did not help me in shedding some extra kilos.I gained 1 kg( :( ) within 3 days of the diet plan getting over.But this was bound to happen since after a diet your body goes into a save mode and starts storing food for future calamities(another diet).

Right now my weight is sustained at 96 kgs.Ilost around 5 kgs with the general motors diet plan then gained 1 kg back immediately after the diet.So the net weight loss was of 4 kgs(I am not complaining :) ).

My current weigh loss strategy includes going for a walk every alternate day in Borivali National Park.Jogging for 5 mins(Thats all the stamina i have) daily and doing a little bit of yoga daily.I am going to weigh my self after a week and I just hope the weighing scale gifts me with a lesser weight reading.
