Aim 1: Loosing Weight

It has been 2 weeks of my trying to loose weight and the only thing i could manage was a 0.5 kg loss.Yup my current weight is 95.5kgs :(.I have changed my morning walk routine to swimming in evening(courtesy my morning blues).I have started swimming from
Tuesday to Saturday.With a brief stint of yoga in morning.I have ordered a weighing
scale online so that i can track my weight daily :).Will upload any progress in few days. :)
