My preparation for MH-CET 15th feb 2009 is still going on .Just one week is left and i still dont see myself getting 99+ percentile.
Searching through forums i found out the following marks to percentile relation of the 2008 MH CET.
Marks Percentile
137 99.36
136 99.28
117 95.53
111 93.25
103 89.07
100 87.16
87 76.13
80 74.48
So I need to get around 135 out of 200 to reach a 99 percentile mark and according to my current self analysis i am not even close enough.
The paper is of 2 and half hour and you have to solve 200 questions.By my speed I am only able to complete 100-120 questions in the stipulated time from which i get around 60-70% correct.Rest 80-100 are guessed randomly by me which results in getting around 15-20 additional correct answer.So i find myself getting around 80-90 marks out of 200.
I cannot increase my speed of solving questions.So what i am planning is that I will not solve those types of questions which i find difficult and would randomly guess them so that i have time to solve more questions.Will experiment with it for one or two days and lets see how it turns out.

Hey Why you are not trying to get 160+?
ReplyDeleteIt means if you missed your aim then by 25, then still you will achieve 99 percentile.
